How can I return my order?

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, any new product can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please return your order to the following address:

For defective items, we will replace your product, see our warranty information for more details. Please make sure to include an overview of your order details in the parcel, this contains: invoice or printed order confirmation, so we know who returned the items. 

Your return will not be accepted if:

• Product has been worn or taken out of original protective plastic
• You have attempted to reassemble the product

We strongly advise for the parcel to be returned with a tracking information or postal insurance.
